Bedrock Wine Co. Old Vine Zinfandel 2022 Review
Bedrock Wine Co. is a beast. California native Morgan Twain-Peterson and Staten Island native Chris Cottrell source fruit from vineyards across California — from as far south as Lime Kiln Valley in San Benito up to Mendocino County. This wine comes from Zin vines that are an average of 80-years-old. The nose has a dense fruit character with jammy blackberries, cranberries, and orange peel with flecks of black pepper. The mouthfeel is deep with a slight grip and great natural acidity that keeps it refreshing.
